Description du poste

L’univers de la mode et du retail vous passionne ? Nous recrutons un(e) HR Business Partner. Véritable partenaire du business tant stratégique qu’opérationnel.

Au sein d’une équipe opérationnelle régionale (4 personnes) vous contribuerez au déploiement de la politique RH en collaboration avec les différents départements (Recrutement, Développement, Formation et Légal) pour les équipes que vous accompagnerez.

**Dans un environnement riche en diversité, vous prendrez en charge les missions suivantes sur votre périmètre (env. 25 magasins)**:
**Recrutement et intégration**
- En collaboration avec les responsables de magasins et les partenaires financiers, analyser les besoins futurs et anticiper le turnover ;
- Participer au process de recrutement pour les postes clés ;
- Veiller à la bonne intégration et la rétention des nouveaux collaborateurs.

**Talent & développement**
- Promeut la mobilité interne ;
- Soutenir et garantir une gestion structurée des performances ;
- Analyser et gérer les besoins en formation ;
- A une attitude de coach envers les responsables de magasin.

**Bien-être au travail**
- En partenariat avec les responsables de magasin et le service juridique, gérer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux relations avec les collaborateurs ;
- Collaborer avec les partenaires sociaux ;
- Soutenir la politique de l'entreprise en matière de qualité de vie au travail et de prévention des risques psychosociaux ;
- Analyser les KPI’s RH et entreprendre des actions pour garantir un environnement de travail juste et motivant ;
- Stimuler l'engagement par l'inclusion et la diversité.

**Qualifications**:
**Pour réussir dans ce poste vous possédez les qualités suivantes**:

- Orientation client ;
- Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière stratégique et opérationnelle ;
- Bonnes connaissances des dispositifs réglementaires relatifs aux conditions de travail, à la santé et sécurité en milieu professionnel ;
- Compétences organisationnelles, analytiques et de prise de décision ;
- Prise d’initiative ;
- Capacité à remettre en question les décisions et à fournir des feedbacks constructifs à tous les niveaux de gestion ;
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et au rythme rapide ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.

**Et vous avez les prérequis suivants**:

- Etes titulaire d’une formation supérieure avec idéalement une spécialité commerce et/ou RH ;
- Avez 3 ans d’expérience minimum en tant que responsable RH régional(e) ou équivalent ;
- Avez un niveau d’anglais courant (B1 minimum, idéalement C1).

Ce poste est basé à Paris et des déplacements hebdomadaires sont à prévoir au sein d'une région.
