**Notre Cabinet recherche pour sa Direction Business Développement & Communication son prochain talent, en alternance pour une durée d’ un an et à pourvoir dès que possible.**
L'équipe BD/Marketing est en charge d'accompagner les avocats du cabinet dans leurs opérations de développement et de visibilité.
Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Business Development & Communication et sous la supervision directe de la Responsable Communication, Évènements & CRM, vous contribuerez à la mise en place des évènements dédiés à une clientèle prestigieuse afin de promouvoir l’image de marque du cabinet sur le marché français et à l'international (une centaine d'évènements par an). Vous aurez un rôle d’interface tant en interne (firme et membres du bureau de Paris) qu’en externe (prestataires) et interviendrez principalement dans les projets suivants:
**Événements externes/clients**: Petits déjeuners, conférences/ webinaires, soirées VIP/ expositions
- Gestion opérationnelle des événements: réservation de salle, suivi du calendrier, suivi du budget, préparation des ciblages et des campagnes d’invitations, impression des supports, badges, accueil clients, relance des divers prestataires, préparation et analyse des enquêtes de satisfaction, suivi et communication des statistiques etc
**Événements internes**:
- Vous serez également en support à l’organisation des événements emblématiques de la vie interne du Cabinet (New Year Party, Garden party, séminaires )
- Vous administrerez notre intranet afin de communiquer sur ces évènements (mise en ligne des publications et photos)
**Administratif**:
- Vous rédigerez les comptes rendus des réunions
- Vous serez en charge de l’organisation des voyages et des déplacements ou encore des séances photos du cabinet
- Vous gérerez les commandes de fournitures et goodies pour nos bureaux de Paris et Casablanca
**CRM**:
- Vous travaillerez en coordination avec les assistantes pour assurer le suivi de la mise à jour des informations clients dans notre CRM en respectant la réglementation en matière de RGPD
- Vous participerez au test de notre nouveau CRM et assurerez la migration des données vers Baker CI
- Vous organiserez les formations annuelles obligatoires relatives au CRM et à destination des assistantes et des nouveaux arrivants
**Profil recherché**
- De formation supérieure (Licence ou BTS/DUT en évènementiel)
- Vous vous distinguez par votre capacité à avoir une approche globale d'un projet
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), réactif(ve) et organisé(e)
- Vous avez démontré de solides aptitudes d'analyse et de synthèse
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et le sens du service
