Dans le cadre de la préparation de lancements de produits, notamment en ophtalmologie, nous recherchons un.e collaborateur.trice engagé.é, autonome et créatif.ve pour rejoindre l’équipe marketing Biosimilaires de Biogen (Rhumatologie, Gastroentérologie, Ophtalmologie), en tant que Senior Products Manager.

Vos missions principales seront d'élaborer (plans marketing et intelligence concurrentielle) et exécuter la stratégie marketing (développer la communication produits et environnement, mettre en place des opérations différenciantes, etc.), cela afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Vous êtes chargé.e de concevoir, avec les départements transverses, des services pour concrétiser la réponse aux besoins des parcours de soin. Vous êtes garant.e de l’alignement et de la cohérence des différentes solutions proposées aux Professionnels de Santé et parcours Patients, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Terrain (_Biosimilars Business Managers_ ou _Key Accounts Managers_), tant sur la partie Produits que Services. Vous assurez la cohérence de la stratégie Produits et des actions, en collaboration avec la _Core Team_ produits et les équipes du _Global_.

Votre leadership et votre approche orientée « solutions » sont des atouts clés pour proposer des projets différenciants répondant aux besoins des Professionnels de Santé et du parcours de soin des patients.

Vous êtes autonome et agile, savez faire preuve de rigueur, d’initiative et de curiosité, êtes doté d’une bonne aisance relationnelle, alors ce poste est fait pour vous.

**Les activités**

1. Analyse du marché:

- Développer une excellente connaissance des marchés, des clients et de leurs besoins
- Suivre les marchés et leurs évolutions
- Animer l’intelligence concurrentielle au sein de l’équipe
- Participer aux forecast

2. Stratégie & tactiques:

- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing pour les produits de la franchise, en collaboration avec les différents départements (Digital, Ventes, Accès au Marché, Médical, Customer Excellence & Opérations, Finance, Communication, Réglementaire, Légal, etc.)
- Présentation des campagnes aux équipes Terrain
- Implémentation de la Stratégie Digitale
- Collaboration avec le Global

3. Gestion et optimisation des investissements:

- Planification, gestion et contrôle du budget annuel
- Analyse des résultats des actions de communication et opérations, mise en place d’actions correctrices si nécessaire.

**Qualifications**:

- Bac+4 / Bac+5 scientifique, complété par une formation marketing / commerciale
- Solide expérience professionnelle en Marketing, 4 ans minimum
- La connaissance de l’ophtalmologie serait un atout
- Une expérience marketing/ventes sur des produits de spécialités dans des marchés hyperconcurrentiels serait un plus
- Anglais courant
