**Description du poste**:
Par sa fonction, le-la Sales Operations Manager au sein du département GCA de la Division Défense, apporte son soutien aux KAMs dans les missions suivantes:
- Veille sur les sites d'achats (iXarm, PLACEet équivalents étrangers, NSPA, ONU ), d'une part, sur les sites des Grands Comptes, d'autres part, afin d'identifier les Appels d'Offres pertinents;
- Préparation des cotations, en binôme et signées par les Key Account Managers (KAM), pour les offres catalogues ;
- Soutien des KAM à la rédaction des Fiches d'Approbation d'Offres (FAO) et Fiches d'Approbation des Contrats (FAC) pour les offres catalogues, entretien des catalogues internes de leur département en coordination avec la Direction des Programmes, Marketing et l'Administration des Ventes (ADV) ;
- Soutien des KAM au renouvellement des contrats-cadres en vigueur et apport d'expertise au niveau des Termes et Conditions de ces contrats ;
- Soutien des KAM à l'entretien et suivi de la base des accords de confidentialité (NDA) et d'accords de coopération (MOU), en coordination avec la Direction Juridique, la D2I, et le TCO;
- Suivi des normes relatives aux marchés publics, y compris le clausier CAC ARMEMENT DGA et les discussions associées au niveau CIDEF ;
- Participation à la rédaction et suivi des demandes de licences d'exportation sous la responsabilité du KAM, rédaction des End User Certificates (EUC), vérification des demandes de licences, rédaction et envoi des AR aux clients, en coordination avec l'Export Contrôle et la D2I ;
- Soutien des KAM au maintien et à la mise à jour des catalogues produits et de la Price Liste associée en coordination avec la Direction des Programmes (DP) ;
- Aide à la mise en place des garanties bancaires et de Lettres de Crédit, en coordination avec la DP, la Direction des Affaires Economiques (DAEF) et l'ADV ;
- Administration des contrats de prêt ;
- Interface avec le Crédit Management pour les offres et contrats catalogues ;
- Support en facturation à l'ADV, résolution des litiges en livraison, résolution des litiges en impayés ;
- Déplacements ponctuels en soutien du KAM dans le cadre des campagnes commerciales spécifiques.
**Exigences du poste**:
Formation supérieure technique ou commerce, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience.
Capacité à structurer son travail avec clarté et méthode
Autonomie et capacité à assumer un haut de niveau de responsabilité sur les tâches qui lui sont confiées
Maîtrise des outils type ERP/SAP
Anglais courant
Esprit d'équipe et bonnes capacités de communication orales et écrites
