Pour accompagner sa croissance et son évolution technologique, Opteven renforce sa DSI et recherche un Technical Leader F/H, rattaché à la Direction Technique.

Le ou la Technical Leader apporte son expertise en développement pour maintenir et développer l'architecture des SI d'Opteven au bon niveau technique, en cohérence avec la stratégie informatique.

Il est garant de la maitrise par les équipes de développement des outils et méthodes définis par la Direction Technique.

Il organise une veille technologique permanente avec une évaluation critique des technologies et principes de développement conformes à l'état de l'art.

Il propose les évolutions permettant de maintenir une architecture pérenne et évolutive.

**Missions principales du poste**:

- Garant de la maitrise technique des équipes de développement
- Garant du respect de l'utilisation des outils et des principes définis par la Direction Technique
- Responsable de la veille technologique dans les domaines de développement applicatif
- Responsable de la prise en compte de la sécurité dans les développements
- Participe à la conception technique des projets
- Participe à la gestion des méthodes et outils et la gestion des environnements applicatifs
- Diplômé d’école d’ingénieur généraliste ou informatique
- Expérience confirmée (au moins 6 ans) sur un poste à responsabilité, avec encadrement de développeurs

**Compétences recherchées**:

- Fortes compétences en développement Web, front et back, en technologie Java
- Compétences techniques en sécurité de l'information, y compris pour la réalisation de développements informatiques
- Aptitude à transmettre des savoirs et bonne pédagogie
- Pouvoir de conviction et d'explication
- Travail en équipe avec des profils techniques
- Anglais courant
