**CONTENT MANAGER**

Fondée en 2018, **Yuri & Neil **est une agence spécialisée en Webologie, composée d’experts SEO, Media, Content, Data Analytics, Formation, Design et Social Marketing.

Nous accompagnons les entreprises de toutes tailles et de tous secteurs, afin d'améliorer leur performance et leur efficacité, en mettant l'accent sur l'innovation et l'expérience utilisateur.

Forte de 90 collaborateurs, notre quartier général est basé en France mais nous sommes également présents à l’international pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients dans le monde entier.

**Les missions**:
Vous serez en charge de la stratégie éditoriale et de la production de contenu des clients de l’agence, en coordination avec les autres entités du groupe (SEO, Social, UX )

**Gestion de projet éditorial au sein de la Content Factory**:

- Direction de la production éditoriale de bout en bout, en adéquation avec la stratégie définie en amont
- Choix des partenaires (journalistes, rédacteurs SEO, concepteurs rédacteurs, agences de production vidéo, monteurs )
- Rédaction de notes de cadrage à destination des prestataires
- Optimisation du contenu selon les règles de chaque plateforme de diffusion (moteurs de recherche, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, Médias )
- Contrôle qualité : vérification de l’adéquation au brief, de la qualité rédactionnelle, de la véracité de l’information et du plagiat, respect de la charte éditoriale
- Coordination avec les différents acteurs du projet : consultants de l’agence, freelances, agences de production, etc.
- Lancement de campagnes de sponsoring média
- Mise en place d’une roadmap et suivi du projet

**Audit éditorial, SEO, SMO**:

- Tendances de recherche par secteur / marché
- Analyse de l’existant site & réseaux sociaux
- Conception de la ligne éditoriale
- Calendrier éditorial
- Mapping concurrentiel & benchmark
- Veille concurrentielle

Vous participerez également aux appels d’offres et aux recommandations en avant-vente avec l’équipe commerciale. Possibilité aussi de dispenser des formations.

**Profil**:

- Bac +5
- Expérience de 2 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire
- Bonne connaissance du secteur du digital
- Parfaite maîtrise du français (écrit et parlé)
- Maîtrise du SEO et des codes des réseaux sociaux
- La maîtrise du SEA est un plus
- Bonne maîtrise des outils marchés (SEMRush, Yourtext.Guru, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog )
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets (Slack, Notion, Asana )
- Maîtrise du Pack Office
