Notre client est un acteur privé dans le domaine de la thérapie cellulaire et génique.
Il recrute un Associate Director - Preclinical Research F/H à Paris (Villejuif), en CDI, dans le cadre d'une création de poste.
La société a pour objectif de transformer la vie des patients grâce au développement d'une plateforme de modification génétique in vivo. Cette plateforme a le potentiel de modifier n'importe quel gène dans n'importe quelle cellule in vivo et est adaptée à un large éventail d'indications, notamment l'oncologie, les maladies auto-immunes et les troubles génétiques et neurologiques.
L'équipe de recherche, basée à Paris, développe des nanoparticules ciblées à la pointe de la technologie, conçues pour être administrées dans la circulation sanguine d'un patient et modifier génétiquement les lymphocytes T afin qu'ils recherchent et détruisent les cellules cancéreuses.
**En outre, vous êtes en charge de**:
- encadrer et tutorer des collaborateurs en direct, en fournissant un soutien et des conseils à l'équipe.
- respecter des normes élevées en matière d'intégrité des données, en veillant à ce que l'évaluation des risques et la planification des mesures d'urgence soient en place.
- favoriser l'innovation et l'adoption de nouvelles technologies
- agir en tant que représentant de l'entreprise lors de conférences et de réunions scientifiques
- publier les données
- gérer les interactions externes avec les prestataires de services et les collaborateurs
Nous recherchons une personne diplômée d'un PhD avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience postdoc dans un environnement pharma/biotech.
**Vous avez des compétences/expériences dans le domaine de**:
- l'immunologie et de la biologie des tumeurs
- la thérapie par cellules T
- la biologie cellulaire et du développement de tests
- la constitution d'équipes et d'infrastructures de laboratoire
- la contribution scientifique à la soumission de CTA / IND
Une expérience en thérapie génique, en sciences translationnelles, en direction de projets, ainsi que dans l'utilisation de nanoparticules dans un cadre thérapeutique, seront des atouts.
Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI à Paris (Villejuif). La fourchette de rémunération vous est transmise à titre indicatif, et peut bien entendu évoluer en fonction de votre profil et votre parcours.
