In the field of infrastructure, Alstom is delivering a full Trackworks projects, from tender to maintenance, including design activities, sourcing, and construction.

Among the last projects recently won by Alstom: Toulouse Metro, Grand Paris Line 18, Santiago Line 7, Tel Aviv Green Line Tram. Worldwide scope, working transversally with projects, regions, and tender teams.

**Your mission?**

You will be integrated in the central team in charge to bring high level of expertise to support the trackworks business worldwide.

Your mission is to:

- With comprehensive research, advise the Alstom tender teams on the most appropriate solutions/products to propose in terms of construction & survey.
- Proactive engagement & involvement to support the project teams on demand.
- Lead with agility the R&D programs for improving the existing solutions for market coverage and competitiveness enhancements.

You will be the reference for track construction & survey activities, within Alstom organization and interfaces with external stakeholders (Engineers firms, Customers, Operators, Normative Organizations).

**_Your profile?_**

You are well organized and structured, with the ability to work effectively against deadlines and to make the decisions required by the role. You will be agile & capable of coordinating work within the scope and handling conflict resolutions. You have a high degree of integrity.
English mandatory, French is a plus.

**Education**:

- You have an Engineering degree in mechanical or Civil.
- Technical master’s degree is a plus

Experience and specific knowledge:

- 15 years of experience within track: construction & survey specifically at projects execution on
- ballast less tracks
- Domain of survey software related with total stations, guidance systems, alignment, and track geometry.
- Experience on track design is a plus.
