**Purpose of the Job**
- **Management of the Trackwork Solution Team**:

- Engineering department,
- Product & Solution department
- Tender department,
- CW interface & expertise
- Appitrack Site (in La Rochelle)
- Monorail TRS solution ( in Bangkok)

**Responsibilities**
- **Deploy Strategic Plan of the Solution**:

- Build solution roadmap and participate in make or buy decisions process with regards to the solution strategy defined and market inputs
- Define and maintain Solution business case
- **Manage Life cycle of Solution**:

- Capture and Structure Customer Needs to define Alstom “To Be” Solutions offering
- Specify Solutions functional, performance and economical requirements according to market needs
- Organise brainstorming with engineering teams and propose to innovation programs all relevant ideas answering Customer Needs
- Develop manufacturing partnership to produce the Solution internally
- Manage Trackwork Solutions Costs and Develop & Maintain Reference Libraries, including competitiveness programs and action plans
- Monitor Trackwork Solutions price positioning
- Manage end of life technical and commercial strategy & sustaining
- Propose and execute Trackwork R&D and Innovation programs
- Define and control Appitrack Solution
- Define and control Monorail Track Switches Solution ( mechanical parts)
- **Support Region for business opportunities**
- For in-house products and/or in house Trackwork installation solution, develop relevant marketing material
- Contribute to and validate pre-tendering strategy, promoting in-house products/installation solution as much as possible
- Validate tenders & projects strategy according to Solution strategy, and pertinence of gaps
- In collaboration with Pre-tendering support & Marketing Director, contribute to prequalification and pre-tendering process
- Tender support : upon Region request, support the execution of the tenders in the full or partial perimeter of the bid management and activities
- Project support: upon Region request, support the execution of the projects, mainly for delivering the basic or the general design
- **Design Authority**
- Participate to all tenders & projects design reviews and gate reviews for in-house products/installation solution and validate the activities performed
- On request, bring technical support to Regions for Solution deployment
- On Region demand, support the staffing of the project core team and project construction team through mobilization of experts (Project Managers & Construction Managers) from PTF or from different region.
- Provide construction expertise through skilled resources and maintained competitive methods
- Design Authority : contribute & validate construction method & planning
- Participate to MPRs /SPRs and Steering Committees, as a support to Regions.
- **Alignment design**
- On request, deliver the alignment study in tender and project phase
- Provide expertise to System and Regions teams
- **Appitrack site plan management**
- Manage the Appitrack site plan in La Rochelle and control the associated CAPEX
- Manage the Appitrack machines fleet to make sure they are fully operational for projects execution
- Support the projects in the deployment of the Appitrack solution, in tender phase and in the start up phase of project.

**Educational Requirements**
- Graduated from Engineering

**Experience**
- Trackwork or Infrastructure Engineering background
- Experience in Trackwork/Infrastructure/Turnkey project/program execution and management
- Specific hands-on experience in her/his own Métier/Domain
- Involvement in projects with teams in other Regional and Development Centers
- Established networking
- Knowledge of several Alstom platform
