**Position**:
Join a dynamic team to build together tomorrow’s Bulgari Perfume business and contribute to position the brand as a top high-end leading brand

Reporting to the France and Switzerland Senior Manager, the Retail Supervisor France is responsible for all the retail and operational aspects relative to the sales activity within the French market.

Main point of contact of Bvlgari Perfume for the point of sales, you will drive the relaunch the brand on the French market, challenging the status quo and ensuring that all the operational needs are meeting Bvlgari requirements to optimize sales and guarantee the upmost expression of our brand in store.

Managing two Bvlgari beauty consultants, you coach and train them to achieve sales target. You determine temporary staff needs to capture sales opportunities and boost retailers results. You also act as an example for the sales staff, being on the floor when support is needed.

Finally, you establish excellent relationships with our retailers, being their day-to-day point of contact on the field for all performance and operational aspects.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Operational**:

- Ensure that the assortments are correctly expressed in store (number of references, visual merchandising guidelines)
- Ensure stocks on sellables and testers
- Manage sampling and GWP actions
- Challenge retailers orders when needed
- Negotiate better visibility in store
- Suggest any sales opportunity that could improve performance

**Management**:

- Manage two senior beauty consultants
- Be in charge of their planning, optimizing their presence in the key locations
- Determine bonuses and temporary staff incentives
- Coach and train on a regular basis to keep motivation and ensure the best client story telling
- Gather feedback from the stores on performances and competitor activities
- Determine additional animation needs and manage the execution with the recruitment agency

**Performance**:

- Track store performance and identify areas of growth
- Challenge BCs to over achieve their targets
- Analyze efficiency of store actions (animations, sampling, etc)

**Profile**:

- 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you like to be in contact with people and network but also you bring a positive and motivating mindset to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You like the Sales environment and act as a leader with you BCs
- You like to be on the field, being proactive on any operational task
- You are performance drivenYou understand the Luxury environment and its demanding qualitative executionBased in Paris, with frequent travels to French secondary cities.
