**Descriptif**:
Bras droit opérationnel de l’Area Sales Manager, le/la field supervisor assure des visites terrain chaque semaine afin de s’assurer du bon développement de la marque et d’apporter les actions correctives nécessaires. Véritable représentant(e) de la marque sur le terrain et interlocuteur privilégié de tous les partenaires (Opérateurs, agences )
**Principales missions**:
**1.** **Gestion d’équipe**:
- Sélectionner et intégrer les ambassadeurs de marque (BCs,experts )
- S’assurer de la cohérence des plannings des équipes terrain et prévoir le staff nécessaire en fonction des temps fort de la marque (animations, lancements )
- Suivi quotidien des équipes via tournée terrain et meeetings réguliers
- Collecte des informations terrain et feedbacks des équipes
- Suivi et motivation des équipes terrain
- Team building et développement d’un fort esprit d’équipe entre les ambassadeurs de marque
- Mini formation en boutique et coaching des équipes avant chaque animations et lancement produit
**2.** **Ventes**:
- Veiller à ce que la stratégie et les techniques de ventes de la marque soient appliquées sur le terrain
- Faire en sorte que les techniques de ventes de la marque soient appliquées
- Définition des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs pour chaque ambassadeur de marque dans le respect de la stratégie de marque.
**3.** **Gestion de la marque**
- Visites terrain régulières
- Suivi des performances et résultats via un reporting qualitatif et quantitatif hebdomadaire à l’Area sales manager avec next steps et propositions de solutions adaptées.
- Suivi du sell out et des stocks afin d’éviter les ruptures
- Suivi de la concurrence
- Organiser et s’assurer au quotidien que le plan promotionnel négocié est bien appliqué (animations)
- Implémentation et adaptation du plan merch de la marque dans chaque point de vente et veiller à la bonne implantation de chaque nouveauté.
**4.** **Administratif et opérationnel**
- Suivi des budgets équipe terrain (BCs et agences)
- Validation des factures liées au staffing terrain
- Se charger des différentes tâches administratives inhérentes au poste
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous êtes dynamique, motivé et orienté résultats
- Doté d’un grand sens de l’organisation et de capacités managériales
- Vous faites preuve d’un grand sens relationnel
- Excellentes capacités de communication (oral et écrit)
- Vous avez une expérience significative dans la gestion d’équipe (4 ans minimum) idéalement dans le Travel Retail
- Connaissance de l’univers du luxe et des parfums appréciée
**Prérequis**:
- Diplôme en business development ou équivalent (Bac+ 3 minimum)
- Maîtrise parfaite du Pack office
- Anglais courant obligatoire
