**DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE**

**En tant qu'apprenti "Community Manager", tu seras le bras droit du CMO, dans le cadre de la création de la stratégie digitale d'acquisition de leads.**

Notre obsession ? Les ventes grâce au marketing digital :D

Tes Missions:
**Gestions de réseaux sociaux**:

- Créer une communauté pour IABAKO (oui, nous n'avons pas). C'est THE challenge
- Mettre en place une stratégie de création de communauté sur les réseaux sociaux pertinents.
- Animer la communauté.

**Création du contenu**:

- Création, édition et montage de vidéos tutoriels, vidéos de présentation des fonctionnalités de IABAKO à destination des réseaux sociaux (Youtube, linkedin, facebook...)
- Rédaction, édition de blogs/ landing pages.
- Rédaction des posts / publication (contenu, images) pour chaque réseau social.
- Création/édition de visuels/images à utiliser sur les blogs et posts sur les réseaux sociaux.

**Présentations / Webinars**
- Préparation et présentation de webinaires sur l'utilisation de IABAKO aux prospects / communauté d'utilisateurs.

**PROFIL - Toi, la Pépite**:

- Tu sera le prochain "Youtuber" de IABAKO. Tu adores la création, édition des vidéos. La caméra ne te fais pas peur.
- Ta passion ? Les réseaux sociaux. Tu es le **"Geek"** en Marketing digital, tu aimes trouver les "hacks" actionnables pour attirer des nouveaux clients.
- Tu as des bases en SEO.
- Tu aimes la tech, le digital et la gestion d'entreprise et tu as la fibre commerciale.
- Excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite.
- Curieux, tu montes rapidement en compétence sur des nouveaux sujets.
- Culture startup : Grande capacité d'adaptation, compréhension des enjeux, de l’urgence, des détails, des objectifs.
- Tu es aussi impliqué.e au quotidien, déterminé.e à apprendre, à mettre la barre toujours plus haut : "Kaizen Kaizen" spirit.
- Bonne humeur, attitude zen :)

**OUTILS**
- Youtube, réseaux sociaux.
- Pack adobe, premier Pro, After effects, Canva, Capcut.
- les +++ : Analytics, Youtube Analytics...
