**Role Overview**
**We are looking for**:
- The Solvay One Planet Industrial - Climate & Energy Transition (CET) team contributes to reaching the ambitious climate targets of the Solvay Group (by 2030: -30% emissions, coal phase-out and -30% pressure on biodiversity; by 2050 at the latest: carbon neutrality).
- The CET team is deployed in Europe, in the US and Asia-Pacific. In close collaboration with Solvay’s Global Business Units (GBU), the team identifies the opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, turns them into projects and makes sure they are implemented.
**We count on you for**:
- Analyze environmental and manufacturing data with strong focus on energy and greenhouse gasses in order to propose improvement project
- Identify, define and lead energy efficiency projects, in collaboration with the stakeholders (sites, Business Units, Group experts, external companies),
- Prepare and lead on-site technical diagnosis in the Solvay plants
- Manage a pipe of projects in coordination with the CET Europe manager
- Explore and generate new opportunities on breakthrough technologies, innovative business models.

**You will bring**:
- Master degree in Engineering (preferred, in particular energy and/or chemical engineering).
- First successful experience in connection with energy and/or sustainable development.
