Job Title: Creative Lead (Contractor)
Location: Remote or On-site (Paris, London, Amsterdam)
Contract Term: 6 months, with the possibility of full-time employment

We specialize in crafting unique, visually appealing, and effective brand solutions across a variety of platforms.
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Creative Lead to oversee our projects' creative process, from initial conceptualization to final execution. The Creative Lead will work closely with our team and clients, ensuring the production of high-quality, compelling, and on-brand creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the creative process for projects, ensuring that the work produced aligns with project objectives, meets deadlines, and is of the highest quality.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team, fostering an environment of professional growth and creativity.
- Translate client visions into compelling creative concepts, working closely with them to ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate photo shoots, overseeing art direction, selection of photographers, and post-production processes.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
- Evaluate and enhance our creative processes and strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, and incorporating innovative ideas and techniques.
- Present and explain creative strategies and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Push the boundaries of creativity in all our work, driving innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and a proven track record of successful creative projects.
- Familiarity with current industry trends and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to travel as required for photo shoots, client meetings, and other work-related activities.
**Terms**:
The position is contract-based for 6 months, with the potential for full-time employment after the contract period. Remuneration is project-based.
