heaven Conseil cherche un/e Lead Creative Senior avec une forte affinité avec le Social Media. Au sein de notre pôle Social / Influence et en relation constante avec la Directrice du pôle et la direction, le/la Lead Creative conçoit la campagne et en définit les objectifs en associant logique et créativité dans ses recommandations envers nos clients.

**Missions**:

- Proposer des stratégies/concepts créatifs dans des contextes « social » ou hors social à la fois sur des sujets on going et dans le cadre d’appels d’offres ;
- Garantir la qualité de ce qui est produit pour les comptes sociaux des clients ou des projets qui lui seront confiés (briefs créas et suivi de production, conception-rédaction des contenus) ;
- Proposer proactivement aux clients et aux prospects qui lui seront confiés des propositions créatives social et influence, en accord avec les pôles clients et newbiz ;
- Faire une veille sur les dispositifs innovants et la partager en interne et éventuellement aux clients.

**Profil de l’ange recherché**:

- Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 7 ans en agence ;
- Vous savez animer des groupes de personnes issues d’horizons différents (créa, soMe, influence, études,...). Vous maitrisez les étapes du processus créatif et recherchez toujours une manière de surprendre vos interlocuteurs ;
- Vous avez une grande curiosité pour les marques, vous savez raconter des histoires et vous êtes à l’aise avec l’univers tech et innovation (la connaissance des IA est un vrai plus )
- Vous avez une capacité exceptionnelle à raconter des histoires, à communiquer et à convaincre mais aussi à synthétiser
- Votre anglais est courant.
