**Description de mission**

Le poste est situé à **Breuil-le-sec (60)**, entre Compiègne et Beauvais, à 1h de Paris et 2h de Lille.

Au sein de l'enjeu Digital-Data, rattaché(e) au Leader de la partie Digital, tu supervises la conception et la mise en place des infrastructures serveurs et réseaux de l'entreprise ainsi que le service bureautique. Ton périmètre couvre nos 3 activités, magasins, supply-chain et services internes. Tu manages hiérarchiquement une équipe de 9 personnes dont 4 collaborateurs internes, 1 alternant et 4 prestataires.

Dans ce contexte, tes missions seront les suivantes:

- Animer et fédérer ton équipe,
- Elaborer une vision stratégique et développer des partenariats stratégiques avec des prestataires externes et/ou groupe ADEO (Leroy Merlin, Bricoman,...), pour faire évoluer les Systèmes d'Informations,
- Accompagner les magasins dans l'identification de leurs besoins et promouvoir des solutions technologiques,
- Prioriser et piloter le déploiement des projets de ton périmètre d'action et accompagner le changement,
- Assurer la conformité et la sécurité des données et des réseaux informatiques,
- Gérer les budgets et les ressources informatiques des projets,

**Profil**

Tu disposes d’une expérience confirmée (d’au moins 10 ans) sur une mission similaire idéalement dans le secteur du retail et tu as déjà une expérience managériale réussie.

Ton leadership est essentiel pour coordonner les équipes internes et externes, en veillant à maintenir une bonne cohésion d'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Ton écoute attentive des besoins des clients et des membres de l'équipe guide tes actions, assurant ainsi un service de qualité.

Tu es reconnu(e) pour tes qualités relationnelles et ta force d’impact.

Tu as le sens des priorités, et l’habitude de coordonner différents acteurs. Tu sais mettre le bon niveau d’exigence aux différents acteurs du projet, ceci afin de garantir sa réussite dans le respect des délais et des budgets impartis.

Grâce à ta maîtrise de l'infrastructure cloud, tu navigues avec aisance dans cet environnement numérique.
