**Ta mission**

Le but principal et initial du "Sales Ops" est de **structurer, challenger, orienter et soulager les équipes commerciales (inside & Field sales) **en vue d'augmenter leur productivité. Ses missions sont réparties en cinq catégories : stratégie, analyse des données, process, outils et formation:
1/Stratégie
- **Commission Plan : identifier et éprouver les structures de commissionnement susceptibles d'impacter la productivité**:

- **Best-Practices **:identifier et implémenter les meilleurs pratiques : Pipeline management, Time management, Prospection Plan, Forecast, etc
- Identifier les** opportunités de croissance commerciale**: nouveaux segments, nouveaux marchés, etc

2/Analyse des Données
- **Collecter et analyser les données de terrain** (Allocations, Dials, Pipeline par stage, Time spent, Performance rate, etc)
- **KPI **:Analyser et identifier les KPI d'activité et de performance structurant et les monitorer (CAC, revenue généré par lead assigned, etc)
- **Dashboards **:Établir des dashboards d'Activité et de Performance actionnables, accessibles et compréhensibles à l'échelle des contributeurs individuels, des équipes, des agences, des régions.
- **Forecasts **:Établir des prévisions d'activité et de ventes personnalisé, et au niveau team et région et sur la base des niveau de conversion observés au niveau du contributeur individuel

3/ Sales Process
- **Process **:définir et optimiser les Process Commerciaux : sales flow, stages, activités, taux de conversion, workflows,
- **Allocations **:Répartir les comptes et territoires de vente : définition et implémentation des allocations

4/ Outils
- Sélectionner les** logiciels et outils** utiles pour les commerciaux
- identifier et **optimiser les principaux Use Cases**:

- définir les process de remontée et de traitement des anomalies
- en collaboration avec l'équipe Produit et Tech, définir les axes d'amélioration/ d'intégration

5/ Formation
- **L&D**: Évaluer les compétences et les besoins en formation des commerciaux initiales et continues, en partenariat avec les Sales managers et les Équipes L&D
- **Scoring **:Établir et updater les scorecards (Sales Scripts, Outils, Pratiques)
- **Sales Scripts et Sales Materials**: Contribuer à la production et à l'update des** Sales Scripts et Sales Collaterals**

**Profil recherché**
- Analytique
- Expérience Commerciale en tant que contributeur individuel
- Bonne connaissance des stakeholders : BI, Marketing, Ops
- Expérience et Compréhension générale des process de vente afin de les optimiser
- Maîtrise des technologies et outils adaptés pour automatiser un maximum de tâches (Dashboards, Sales CRM, etc)
- Rigueur sur les chiffres et Datas
- Empathie et la capacité à comprendre et accepter les retours des équipes terrain
- Bon communiquant
- Bonne capacité de synthèse et de formalisation
