Nous recherchons un(e) Product Architect « Support CCP2 » pour notre site de Villeurbanne en Région Rhône-Alpes.
Le poste est intégré au centre de développement des produits et systèmes électroniques d’Alstom.
Le site de Villeurbanne (800 salariés) est spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes électroniques embarqués et débarqués (traction, contrôle et monitoring, signalisation information voyageurs, communication train-sol)

TITRE DE L’EMPLOI: Product Architect « support produit » (H/F)
Basé à: Villeurbanne (69) à 20 min en transports en commun de la gare Part Dieu

OBJECTIF DU POSTE:
En tant que Product Architect « support CCP2 », vous aurez la responsabilité de fournir l’assistance aux équipes projets en charge de déployer le sous-système CCP2 sur les projets de signalisation URBANs (URBALIS FLUENCE, URBALIS 400) ou MAINLINES BORD (OnBoard ETCS based on EVC3).

RESPONSABILITES SPECIFIQUES DU POSTE:

- Représenter par délégation le Programme & Product Manager CCP2 dans les réunions planning des projets.
- Représenter par délégation le Product Architect CCP2 dans les réunions techniques des projets.
- Accompagner et assurer la coordination avec chaque équipe projet de sorte à fluidifier le déploiement du sous-système CCP2 au sein de chacun des projets. La nature des points techniques à coordonner est large et de complexité variable et fonction de nombreux paramètres (maturité du développement produit, maturité du processus de déploiement, complexité technique et organisationnelle de chaque projet, etc..).
- Analyser et caractériser les problèmes rencontrés pas les projets en phase de déploiement (installations configuration, mise au point, service commerciale, maintenance),
- Evaluer avec l’équipe de développement produit les solutions correctives et les mitigations possibles,

PROFIL:
H/F diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur/Master avec une dominante en électronique, informatique ou télécom, vous possédez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine du pilotage technique de système complexes, avec des exigences en matière de Sécurité /de contraintes sur l’homologation des produits

COMPETENCES REQUISES:

- Connaissances techniques larges (Système, Hw, Sw V&V, RAM...),
- Solides compétences en collaboration et en communication,
- Rigoureux, autonome, orienté résultat
- De solides compétences en résolution de problèmes sont nécessaires : approche logique et analytique, avec un esprit créatif, capable de synthétiser les problèmes et de justifier les décisions et plans d’actions,
- Une aptitude à travailler sereinement sous la pression et dans des environnements multi-cultuels sont nécessaires,
- Français courant indispensable. Anglais courant souhaité. Des connaissances en Allemand et/ou Chinois est un avantage.
