Hiflow est devenu le leader de la livraison de véhicules notamment grâce à notre communauté de partenaires convoyeurs qui nous accompagne quotidiennement au bon déroulement des livraisons. Aujourd’hui, nous souhaitons continuer l’accroissement de la qualité de cette collaboration

Intégré.e au sein de notre équipe Marketing composée de 3 personnes, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec Sophie la Responsable Marketing et l’équipe Partner Ops afin de développer et faire grandir notre communauté de convoyeurs. Pour ce faire, tu auras des projets d’acquisition, de content management et d’animation. L’objectif clé est de sublimer l’expérience chauffeur pour en faire un vrai différenciateur stratégique.

**Le poste**:
**Missions acquisition**
- Mettre en place la stratégie des campagnes d’acquisition de nouveaux convoyeurs via différents leviers : plateformes ciblées, piloter les KPI’s, diversifier le contenu proposé, etc.,
- Analyser et suivre les leviers d’acquisition des convoyeurs en réalisant des méthodes de sourcing variées dans un objectif d’élargir notre communauté de professionnels indépendants,
- Assurer une veille de notre marché, chercher des pistes d’optimisation et définir une stratégie de sourcing pour se différencier.

**Missions Content**
- Créer du contenu sur le fonctionnement d'Hiflow pour accompagner la communauté de convoyeurs : apporter de la visibilité sur les méthodes, process et étapes du cycle de vie d’un convoyeur,
- Créer des supports pour le recrutement, l’onboarding, le training et les certifications des convoyeurs,
- Piloter le Go-To-Market des nouvelles fonctionnalités pour les convoyeurs : définition des messages, échange avec les différentes équipes concernées, mise en œuvre d’actions d’acceptation, suivi du retour convoyeu

**Missions projets de communauté**
- Créer un programme de fidélité pour animer la communauté de convoyeurs : newsletters, temps forts (anniversaires, récompenses, etc.),
- Créer et être garant.e du programme d’affiliation des convoyeurs à succès,
- Créer et mettre en place des événements dédiés aux convoyeurs : rencontres trimestriels, conférences, ateliers, etc.

**Tu pourras t’épanouir si**
- ** Tu es analytique**: tu aimes analyser des données pour en tirer des interprétations et t’en servir comme outils de projets,
- ** Tu fais preuve d’intelligence relationnelle**: proactif.ve dans les échanges, tu sais t’adapter à tes interlocuteurs et ton discours oral comme écrit est irréprochable,
- ** Tu es un gestionnaire de projet**: tu as des capacités pour déployer, coordonner et enrichir des projets à moyen/long terme,
- Tu as minimum **2 ans d’expériences** sur un poste aux missions de gestion de projet marketing
