Vous êtes le "Community Manager" dont nous avons besoin Rejoignez une équipe dynamique du Racing Club de France.

**Profil recherché**

Etudiant.e en master en communication/médias ou équivalent universitaire. Vous êtes créatif.ve, curieux.se et capable de faire preuve d'initiative.
Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et le français. Vous êtes très organisé.e, avez le sens du détail et êtes capable de vous épanouir dans un environnement où tout va très vite.
Une connaissance du sport est indispensable.
Excellente maîtrise du Pack Office et des outils de graphismes/ montage vidéo (Photoshop, InDesign, PremierRush...) **Préparation au Master en communication**, Bonne culture web, Qualités rédactionnelles certaines, Capacité d’analyse et de veille

Contribuer activement à l'élaboration de la stratégie éditoriale de l’association et accroître la réputation positive de la marque.
Imaginer, planifier, créer, rédiger et diffuser des contenus uniques et originaux à valeur ajoutée

**Les missions**:
Gestion de projet web, Conception éditoriale de divers supports pour le web et les médias sociaux, Accompagnement des sections sportives du club.
- Analyser les données de trafic, ainsi que les indicateurs de performance de l'App.
- Fournir des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels,
- Assurer une veille permanente sur les médias sociaux
- Suivre le développement des fonctionnalités de l'App avec les développeurs informatiques : tester les mises à jour, identifier les bugs et proposer des améliorations.
- Participer à la construction du plan de communication et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions transversales pour partager le plan média et les visuels. (Marketing, Communication, etc.).
- Animer les communautés des réseaux au quotidien : réponses aux messages, modération, partage de stories
- Suivre, analyser et consolider les performances mensuelles sous forme de reportings
- Participer à la conception d’activations social media
- Piloter la relation membres, en collaboration avec l’équipe de direction.

Salaire : 735,00€ à 1 709,00€ par mois
