We are now looking for our new **Senior Legal Counsel - Product & Regulatory**.
Reporting directly to **our CFO**, you will join the Legal team.**What you will do**:
- Management, negotiation and drafting of contracts for all aspects of Lydia’s activity: strategic partnerships agreements, supplier’s agreements ;
- Ensure that all our products are properly framed from a legal point of view, especially regarding our regulatory obligations (banking & financial law);
- Provide legal guidance and develop solutions to product development and expansion ;
- Work closely with all the other stakeholders (product teams, marketing teams, customer care, compliance) in order to become a business partner ;
- Build processes with other teams (creating templates, providing guidelines, reports etc.) in order to facilitate legal compliance within Lydia ;
- Manage the relationship with law firms to deliver the best possible advice to the different stakeholders internally.
**You are in the right place if**:
- You have a 3-5Y experience within a financial and regulated environment
- You have a strong knowledge banking and financial Law ;
- You adopt a pragmatic approach and act as a true business partner ;
- You are resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.
