HomeByMe is a leading 3D home planner web-based solution that helps homeowners and design professionals create and visualize home designs in 3D. Our platform offers a suite of easy-to-use tools to design, furnish and decorate homes in 3D, which makes it a perfect fit for homeowners, interior designers, real estate agents, and builders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for B2C / SaaS audiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, UX team to understand customer needs and ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Manage the website, including SEO optimization and website content updates, to improve search engine rankings and enhance user experience and achieve Saas revenue objective for Interior Designers and Consumers offers.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, and work closely with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Create compelling content that speaks to our target audiences, including blog posts, ebooks, infographics, and video content.
- Lead a team of 4 people and contractors
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C and SaaS marketing, with a track record of driving growth through a variety of marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with website management, SEO optimization, and website analytics tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation is a plus.
