**Description de l'entreprise**:
Nous développons le Capital Humain des grandes entreprises en optimisant financièrement et opérationnellement leurs grands programmes de développement des compétences.

Notre savoir-faire est unique pour construire et déployer des cursus de formation ambitieux, innovants et cofinancés.

Nous gérons des projets de formation de 200 à plus de 1 000 apprenants dans tous les secteurs d’activité et pour tous les métiers.

Nous intervenons depuis la compréhension des enjeux et contraintes du client jusqu’au déploiement des cursus de formation en partenariat avec les meilleures écoles et experts du marché.

Après avoir été une branche importante de l’activité du groupe CrossKnowledge pendant 10 ans, H-Cap est devenue indépendante en 2019. Nous connaissons aujourd'hui une très forte croissance qui nécessite de renforcer nos équipes.

C’est pour participer activement au développement de notre activité que nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) / Learning Project
Manager.

**Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Pédagogique d’H-CAP, vos domaines d’intervention et de contribution seront**:

- Le recensement et l’analyse des besoins en compétences de nos clients en lien avec leurs enjeux et leurs stratégies pour la ou les populations identifiée(s),
- La déclinaison de ces besoins en architecture pédagogique (thèmes de formation, objectifs pédagogiques, modalités, certification),
- L’identification et sélection des partenaires qui animeront les formations (grandes écoles, organismes de formation dispensateurs, cabinets de conseil, certificateurs, solutions digitales, etc...)
- La présentation finale au client : pédagogie, plan de financement du projet et éventuellement plan de trésorerie.
- Le cadrage et suivi pédagogique du projet avec le client, les partenaires et les équipes opérationnelles de H-CAP qui prendront le relais pour déployer le projet sur 12 à 18 mois pour le compte du client.

**Les prérequis**:

- Vous avez une expérience dans le développement des compétences au sein d’une DRH d’entreprise ou en société de services/conseil
- Vous êtes curieux et les enjeux Business/RH/Compétences des entreprises vous intéressent
- Vous êtes friand d’innovations pédagogiques
- Vous avez une excellente expression écrite et une grande aisance à l’oral pour convaincre vos interlocuteurs

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI

Salaire : 45 000,00€ à 55 000,00€ par an
