Main duties and responsibilities
o Delivery of sales targets
o Delivery of account specific contractual obligations and agreed activities at store level
o Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
o Accurate account management delivering the Sell-out objectives:
- First / ongoing training
- Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
- Maximize DCC business (Hit Rate management)
- Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action
o Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
o Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
Main KPI’s
o Turnover TFS, DCC
o TFS Refund Ratio
o DCC Hit Rate
Relates to / cooperates with
Main Function interactions:
o Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Online Academy Manager, FE organization
Background and Education
o Proven sales capability
o 1-2 years experience with customer relationship or retail industry
o Intermediary English level, mainly reading or presenting training documents
Specific skills and knowledge
o Self motivated, customer focused and target driven
o Good interpersonal skills
o Good communication and training skills
o Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems
o Knowledge of MS Office products
