**About the Role**:We are looking for a Field Sales Representative (f/m/d) to join our Medical Products Division who will be responsible for the sales and clinical support of our highly regarded Peripheral Vascular medical device products in Paris, Ile de France area. In this role you will be passionate about our medical device portfolio, that save and improve the quality of lives, and be able to establish strong customer relationships based on a deep understanding of our products.

This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in the Paris / Ile de France area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maximise sales and ensure market penetration with the existing business, as well as actively pursuing new customers and develop new opportunities
- Accountable for all aspects of managing the vascular business in the territory, to include full account responsibility and accurate sales forecasting. as well as monitoring and allocation of investment budgets
- Frequent support of physicians during interventional procedures
- Engage effectively with public and private hospital’s administrations and their purchasing departments
- Attend international and regional events and congresses
- Build relationships with our physician customers as well as facilitate knowledge sharing
- Effective collaboration with other sales Associates within the Vascular team and across Gore’s Medical Products Division
- Manage the consignment inventory according to the company policy

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in vascular medical device sales, with the ability to work consultatively and collaboratively with medical professionals or strong clinical experience in the OR, or in the environment of vascular therapies
- Clinical experience in the catheter laboratory or operating theatre, ideally supporting vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, interventional cardiologist or nephrologists
- Excellent relationship builder able to interact at all levels in our customer organisations
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise and drive the business to success
- Natural team-player qualities able to interact with Associates both in France and across EMEA on a regular basis
- Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and professional
- Fluency in French and English is required
- Ability to travel 50% of the time

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates, with prior appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies and additional documents, from the country in which they are employed.
