Descriptif du poste
- En relation direct avec le Head of Sales, vos missions seront:

- Développer des comptes existants en leur proposant des solutions à leurs besoins (Cross-sell / Upsell)
- Négocier de nouveaux contrats avec des clients existants
- Fidéliser et assurer la satisfaction clients
- Faire preuve de proposition sur des solutions pour fluidifier le process
- Proposer des améliorations produit grâce aux remontées clients
- Assurer la gestion de l'installation et du déploiement des logiciels chez les nouveaux clients

Profil recherché
- Compétences techniques attendues:

- Diplômé d'une école de commerce
- Vous avez une formation ou expérience dans le secteur de la santé / DM / pharma
- Vous avez 4 ans d'expérience minimum en tant qu'Account Manager et vous avez un profil plus d'éleveur
- Vous parlez couramment anglais et français
- Vous êtes bon négociateur et connaissance du marché BtoB
- Vous avez un intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et l'IA
- De nature empathique, vous savez établir une relation de confiance avec les clients
