New Business Hunter / Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - New Business Role
Core Responsibilities
- Sales quota owning individual contributor focused on new logos and verticals.
- Work cross functionally on a GTM plan for new business.
- Align with marketing and the BGR/BDR team on the right outbound activities.
- Prospecting customers and pipeline activities.
- Closing contracts with new customers that achieve the assigned sales quotas.
- Maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
- Feedback to sales management on ways to enhance pipeline and business potential.
- Provide an accurate weekly and quarterly forecast.
- Document activity and forecast / pipeline accurately in Salesforce.
- Evangelise editing, storage and the SaaS models.
- Thrive in a continuous changing environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-4 years of sales experience (media and software sales is a plus).
- Proven track record of success in new business sales.
- Ability to uncover and understand customer needs.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful.
- A driven and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- English speaking, German and/or French and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is preferred.
- CRM experience with Salesforce.
- Previous metrics driven role a plus.
- Enterprise prospecting experience a plus.
- Technology sales is a plus.
