Aujourd'hui, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Engineering Manager expert en développement Salesforce pour rejoindre une scale-up basée à Paris qui édite une suite Saas de gestion des RH.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe Ops de 7 personnes en charge de créer et d'optimiser l'ensemble des processus Salesforce utilisés par les équipes internes.
**Quelles seront vos missions en tant qu'Engineering Manager ?**
- Vous aurez à charge de superviser la roadmap produit avec le VP Operations (qui sera votre N+1).
- Vous apportez des conseils stratégiques sur les choix d'architecture et la vision produit.
- Vous managerez et ferez monter en compétences une équipe de 3 développeurs Salesforce.
- Vous serez garant de la livraison des projets répondant aux besoins des équipes internes.
- Vous participerez également au développement produit pour garder de l'opérationnel dans votre quotidien.
**Ce qui est attendu pour ce poste ?**
- Diplômé d'école d'ingénieur, vous disposez d'une expertise reconnue en développement Salesforce et de compétences techniques vous permettant de traiter des sujets complexes.
- Vous possédez une première expérience managériale à la tête d'une équipe d'au moins 2 personnes.
- Vous disposez d'une vision stratégique vous permettant d'accompagner la direction sur la prise de décisions concernant les choix d'architecture et de développement produit.
**Le process de recrutement ?**
- Un premier échange téléphonique RH (30 minutes)
- Un entretien de fit avec le VP opérations (1 heure, visio)
- Un test technique avec deux développeurs de l'équipe (1 heure, visio)
- Un second entretien avec l'un des co-fondateurs (1 heure, visio ou sur place)
**Rémunérations et autres avantages**
- une rémunération brute de 70 à 85 K€
- titres-restaurants, mutuelle, etc
- 2 jours de télétravail par semaine
