Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong technical background to join our sales team in Paris, France. In this role, you will be responsible for selling AI-driven customer engagement solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and Agentforce to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

You will work closely with our Sales team to identify opportunities to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers. Your extensive knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Agentforce, will enable you to articulate the value proposition to our customers, demonstrating how our product stack can deliver scalable, high-impact customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the context of highly technical sales
  • A deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform
  • Sophisticated intuition for business, with the ability to conduct technical in-depth discovery mapping aligning clients' needs to Salesforce's platform and Agentforce capabilities
  • Strong technical selling skills, including the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and how AI capabilities and solutions can translate to business outcomes
  • A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, honed through extensive experience

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off. Location

This role is based in Paris, France and requires regular travel to client sites throughout Europe.
