We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our Executive team as soon as possible. This is a new position and a great opportunity to step into a leadership role, working collaboratively with our Executive Team and key stakeholders on strategic projects and initiatives to support GANNI’s next phase of continuous growth and expansion. This role reports directly to our CEO and is based in our Paris office.

**YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU**
You will be a dynamic, highly energetic professional who can jump from one task to another with ease and juggle across different projects. You are an excellent communicator and inspire confidence and credibility; you are comfortable in leading a strategy workshop, facilitating conversations with Executives and key stakeholders, pulling together a presentation and drafting reporting and analysis. You will be highly involved in business development projects and will represent GANNI in a variety of internal and external meetings and work with our Leadership team to align the team’s activities with our overall strategy and long-term objectives. Specifically, those will be the tasks ahead of you:

- Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to translate our strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with available resources, capabilities and budget
- Working collaboratively with Leadership and key stakeholders by facilitating communication, coordinating efforts, and driving collaboration on key initiatives
- Develop cross-functional collaboration and synergy between departments to ensure activities and projects are aligned and consistent
- Be an active member of the Executive Committee, take notes during COMEX and prepare informative material for key meetings, including Board review meetings Providing operational support to the Executive Committee, as needed

**MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS**
- You genuinely believe in GANNI, its mission and vision and have a strong interest in the fashion industry
- An entrepreneurial and can-do attitude, independently taking initiative and working collaboratively with peers and partners to make a difference
- Strong experience in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong communicator in English (both written and oral) with outstanding interpersonal skills, with capability to build trust and credibility
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and numbers in engaging and user-friendly reports and presentations
- You have the flexibility to work across our two HQs in Paris and Copenhagen and expect travel, as part of the role You have proven-track record in a similar position; any business qualifications/education would represent an advantage for this role
