Vivalto Santé fait de l’innovation un pilier de sa stratégie. Accompagnant la transformation du groupe, la Direction Innovation et transformation est la garante du modèle opérationnel innovation et transformation de celui-ci et assure la coordination globale de la démarche.
Parmi ses missions, elle assure la veille/benchmark, la démarche « open innovation », la construction de partenariat innovant, la gestion du portefeuille projet groupe mais également elle est en support méthodologique des membres du comex et de leurs chefs de projets, des directeurs d’établissements pour le lancement de leur POC/pilote ou industrialisation de projets innovants au sein des structures de soin.

Rattachée directement à la Directrice innovation et transformation, l’Innovation Project Manager est en charge d’accompagner la mise en place de la gestion de portefeuille projet groupe. Il structure et supervise les processus et méthodes de gestion de projet innovation. Il se positionne en appui des métiers.
Véritable explorateur, il est amené aussi à défricher les nouvelles opportunités de projets innovants d’envergure nationale mais aussi d’être en appui sur la coordination de stratégies transversales innovantes en lien avec l’ensemble des directions fonctionnelles.
Description de la mission:
L'innovation project manager assure au sein du modèle opérationnel d’innovation, la coordination et le soutien méthodologique des chefs de projets sur les grands axes de la stratégie innovation et transformation. Il construit et pilote la gestion de portefeuille projet innovant groupe, en assure la coordination des reportings et mesure de création de valeur pour le groupe. Il assure le respect de l’ensemble du processus de lancement des projets innovants et transformant dans le groupe. Il porte la coordination de dynamique de transformation transverses à l’ensemble des axes stratégiques.
**Gestion de portefeuille projets et chefferie de projet**:
- Création et administration du portefeuille des projets groupe et assurer la coordination de son portefeuille innovation et transformation avec le portefeuille projet des opérations et projets internationaux.
- Piloter le portefeuille de projets innovant et transformation afin d’assurer une visibilité de la création de valeur des projets engagés et le reporting vers la DG et investisseurs.
- Assurer l’appui méthodologique des sponsors et chefs de projet innovation sur : KPI, mesure création de valeur, reporting de leurs portefeuilles projets sur leur axe stratégique.
- Assurer l’appui des métiers Corporate et établissements de soins sur la méthodologie gestion de projet et conduite du changement.
- Mener ponctuellement certains PoC/Pilote de projets innovants d’envergure national en lien tant avec les équipes établissements qu’avec les directions fonctionnelles en assurant:
- l’engagement opportun des compétences et ressources nécessaires
- la bonne avancée de l’expérimentation, en maîtrisant couts et délais.
- la définition et le suivi des KPI des projets expérimentés et réalisation le reporting auprès de la Directrice de l’Innovation
- dresser un bilan d’expérimentation pour instancier la décision en comité innovation et transformation de poursuivre son déploiement s’il apporte une valeur significative pour le groupe
- passer le témoin en phase de préparation de l’industrialisation au chef de projet responsable du déploiement
**Management transverse**:
- Coordination et appui à la transformation sur des dynamiques innovantes transversales aux axes stratégiques innovation et transformation : Data, prévention
- Superviser le respect du processus de lancement des projets innovants et transformants du groupe.
- Contribuer à la construction et mise en place de process permettant de renforcer la structuration sur groupe dans le cadre de la dynamique transformation du groupe.
- Analyser et cadrer les opportunités issues de la veille, des partenariats et des besoins remontés sur terrain transmis par la Directrice de l’Innovation et les collaborateurs du groupe. (benchmark de solutions, récolte des besoins utilisateurs, vision produit, feuille de route du projet, business plan, etc.)
- Appliquer avec rigueur le modèle opérationnel de l’innovation défini et fédérer autour.
- Coacher si besoin les porteurs de projet issus des établissements ou des autres directions fonctionnelles dans leur gestion de projet innovation.
- Communiquer en interne sur les projets expérimentés pour les rendre accessible
