Position Duties
Kylotonn recherche une personne passionnée par le jeu vidéo et l'univers du racing pour rejoindre son équipe en tant que Community Relations Manager afin de soutenir la communauté du jeu de course mythique Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Opérations et en collaboration avec l'équipe de Community Managers de Nacon, vous aurez pour principales missions:
- Développer, modérer et fidéliser la communauté de joueurs
- Interagir avec la communauté de joueurs et le public sur les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, TikTok...), tout en recueillant des commentaires et retours pertinents (veille informationnelle, prise en charge du support client...)
- Suivre, analyser et rapporter les commentaires de la communauté et autres données liées aux résultats des événements (publications...).
- Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'industrie du jeu vidéo et du marketing numérique (réseaux sociaux grand public et ceux spécialisés dans le jeu vidéo)
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
- Vous avez la capacité à favoriser des communications positives avec les communautés de joueurs
- Vous êtes autonome, dynamique et force de propositions
Vous maîtrisez Photoshop et la suite Microsoft.
Idéalement,
- Vous avez des connaissance du monde automobile et du racing
- Vous pratiquez le montage vidéos / photos.
Additional Information
- Poste basé à Paris
