En tant que Technical Support Engineer au sein d’une startup en forte croissance, tu es chargé(e) de résoudre les incidents et demandes complexes des collaborateurs de nos clients aussi bien pour les demandes liées à l’OS (Windows et macOS) que pour les demandes d’Administration des Comptes (Google Workspace, Office 365, Adobe, Dropbox, Azure AD, Atlassian, Okta, etc.).
La satisfaction des utilisateurs est au centre de tes priorités.
**Tes missions**
- Documenter les requêtes et les méthodes de résolutions utilisées, les partager et identifier les façons d’améliorer le support avec le reste de l’équipe tech.
- Apporter ton expertise technique à l’ensemble de l’équipe et sur de potentiels projets chez nos clients
**Ton profil**
- Tu as plusieurs années d’expérience dans le support informatique niveau 2 ou niveau 3
- Tu cherches un job avec des responsabilités et tu aimes résoudre des problèmes complexes
- Tu es polyvalent(e) et as une bonne capacité d’adaptation
- Tu es motivé(e), curieux(se), et bon(ne) communicant(e)
- **Très bonne maîtrise du français, à l’écrit et à l’oral**:
- Tu cherches à rejoindre une aventure
- Si tu es à l’aise avec la gestion de certains logiciels SaaS de Modern Workplace c’est un plus (Google Workspace, Office 365, Azure AD, 1Password, etc.)
