Our company is building and providing innovative and managed cloud services to all engineering teams in our group. Those services together are identified as the TrustNest Platform, enabling the group engineering teams to move quickly and securely to cloud environments.

As part of the growth of the IT Service Operation Management of the TrustNest platform, we spined up an instance of ServiceNow named PostIT.

This instance is the entry point for all users and customers to subscribe /unsubscribe to offers, submit requests, declare incidents and much more.

As an administrator, you will actively work on implementing enhancements using mostly ServiceNow native features and make it an enabler of the industrialization of the TrustNest Platform.

**Missions à réaliser**

**Main missions**:

- Work with PostIT Product Owner to build and refine the product roadmap.
- Ensure new features are built, documented, and properly transferred to administrators.
- Provide documentation and training to PostIT Administrators.
- Work with other products teams and enrich content provided by the instance to support industrialization of all products from TDF.
- Support deployment of ITIL processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Service Desk.
- Collaborate with UX and Customer Success teams to improve user experience through service catalog while keeping the system operable and maintainable.

**Livrables attendus**

**Success criteria**:

- Bring alive at least the entire support of the REST Messages: Objective is to be able to call REST APIs provided by TDP Products from the workflow of a catalog item or with triggers such as updates in objects or in a scheduled way.
- One end to end workflow implemented from the request of the user on the user portal to the call of product’s API to complete the request and retrieve information for consolidation.
- Create and deliver training to all groups of agents
