**Votre rôle**:
Le CSR Manager coordonne et met en œuvre la stratégie de responsabilité sociale et environnementale de l’entreprise définie en cohérence avec les orientations prises par le Club.
Le CSR manager identifie et anime une communauté de contributeurs dans chaque direction, entité du Club (communication, site, RH, achat, immobilier, services généraux, juridique,) sur ses différents sites pour déployer la politique de responsabilité sociétale dans le respect des délais. Il/Elle participe également à des instances de gouvernance et a un rôle de restitution des enjeux RSE.
**Vos missions**:
- Support à la revue de la stratégie RSE globale en lien avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise et en vue de la déclinaison opérationnelle;
- **Déclinaison d’un plan d’action sur les enjeux liés à la RSE **:_
- Pilotage, coordination et mesure de l’impact des actions. Pilotage du Bilan Carbone (identification des actions, reporting et comptabilité Carbone).
- Pilotage du reporting annuel;
- Implémentation et suivi des mesures applicables au Club dans le cadre des chartes et règlements signés par les instances professionnelles (UEFA, FFF, LFP,) dont relève le Club. Être l'interlocuteur de référence du PSG sur les sujets RSE vis-à-vis des parties prenantes externes;
- Mise en place d’un CSR Committee et animation de la communauté des contributeurs désignés dans chaque direction, entité et site du Club pour déployer la politique RSE au sein du Club.
- **Être le référent interne pour répondre aux enjeux RSE et collaborer de façon transverse **:_
- En lien avec la direction des sites, à la mise en place et au suivi de la stratégie RSE des sites (Parc des Princes, Poissy, Factory,)
- En lien avec les Achats, à la mise en place d’une politique achat responsable et au suivi du volet RSE dans les appels d’offres mais également dans le cadre de la relation fournisseur
- En lien avec le service communication, au déploiement du plan de communication et à la rédaction des différents rapports annuels
- En lien avec la Direction juridique, à la rédaction des documents RSE de type DPEF et à l’adaptation des exigences contractuelles en matière de RSE.
**Votre profil**
Issu d'une formation bac +4/5 spécialisée en développement durable, écodéveloppement, Responsabilité sociétale des entreprises et environnement ou tout autre formation équivalente. Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 à 7 ans en management RSE.
Une expérience acquise dans le secteur du sport serait un plus.
Anglais impératif.
