FINANCE and ADMIN MANAGER - VELIZY (78) F/H

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a ,

Ÿ Preparing yearly financial plan to reflect the sales objectives and budget plans

Ÿ Getting the financial plans signed off by HQ

Ÿ Work with regional accounting firm to prepare month-end financial statements (balance sheet/profit and loss/cash flow) to be submitted to HQ finance to get signed off

Ÿ Reviewing the accuracy of these financial statements

Ÿ Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances to ensure business is conducted based on the plans confirmed

Ÿ Management of accounts receivable to ensure on-time payment

Ÿ Management of accounts payable to plan and coordinate payment schedules based on cash flow

Ÿ Forecasting future financial performance

Ÿ Recommending changes to improve financial processes to improve overall performance and efficiency

The main counterparts for the above duties shall be Global Operations and Finance Sector in Korea

Ÿ Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives

Ÿ Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively

Ÿ Preparing and reviewing operational reports

Ÿ Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals

Ÿ Monitoring and projecting staffing needs

Ÿ Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments

Ÿ Working with logistics and warehouse management team to ensure proper management of inventory and to ensure processes are put in place to efficiently service our customers

Ÿ Conducting inventory audits to make sure all sellable items are kept consistent with the inventory system

Ÿ Working with external HR consulting firm to make sure employment contracts are being reviewed, amended and executed periodically

Ÿ Supporting with recruitment of new employees of various functions

Ÿ Working with Global Operation Team to make sure employees’ salaries are paid appropriately adhering to local guidance without delay

The main counterparts for the above duties shall be Global Operations and Global HR in Korea.

**Requirements**:
Ÿ Have worked in a competitive industry environment where sales/profit growth is a key performance index (4+ years)

Ÿ Have experience in performing finance controller duties where accounting knowledge is required

Ÿ Able to read and analyze financial statements (BS, P&L) and develop reports with highlights and lowlights which assesses the overall financial status and provide guidance on future business operation

Ÿ Able to perform bookkeeping activities

Ÿ Work with sales teams to understand the sales strategy and goals to be able to develop a financial plan accordingly

Ÿ Able to work with corporate IT systems including, not limited to CRM systems (eg. salesforce), ERP systems (eg. Zoho), etc

Ÿ Have experience in managing a team(s) of different functions

Ÿ Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to be able to work efficiently and effectively with teams both internal and external (domestic/international)

Ÿ Have good inter-personal relationship building skills

Ÿ Have excellent planning skills to be able to manage complex work schedules and tasks

Ÿ Proficiency in working with MS Office tools, especially excel and power point

Ÿ Fluency in spoken and written English (ability to work with international colleagues). Other languages are plus.

Pay: 45,000.00€ - 68,000.00€ per year
