Bandai Namco Europe (BNEU) is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content for platforms including all major video game consoles and PC.
BNEU is building its reputation with franchises such as ELDEN RING, LITTLE NIGHTMARES, THE DARK PICTURES ANTHOLOGY, and the upcoming UNKNOWN 9 Awakening - developed by the recently acquired Reflector Entertainment based in Montreal, QC.
Part of the Japanese Bandai Namco group, an entertainment industry leader with a presence in video games, toys and amusement parks, Bandai Namco Europe has 15 international offices with operations in 50 countries around the world.
**Poste**:
Within BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe Headquarters, you will join the Digital sales team in charge of advising all our studios on the management of their additional content strategy (SKU planning, lifecycle management, monetization).
You will support the Game Monetization Manager and help building tailored recommendations to production teams from the design of their game economy to the optimization of their additional content plan (editions, season passes, DLCs ) to maximize business opportunities and foster the Live Revenues performance of our games.
As a Sales Strategy Assistant, you will be the center of knowledge around our sales offering and you will act as a key internal point of contact to coordinate all cross-functional departments (marketing, release management, production, legal, CRM, Social Media ) and keep them updated about the latest skuplanning and monetization plans : editions, pre-order bonuses, DLCs, season passes
Your principal missions will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):
**Digital Planning**
- Execute and inform plans across the company
- Be the center of knowledge for every “Sales Offering” information. From SKUs details to in-game monetization features, you will gather and aggregate all information to spread a comprehensive overview of the offer of each game
- Educate about monetization challenges and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of pre
- and post
- launch digital sales plans (skuplanning & monetization)
**Support our production studios in the construction of their additional content revenue strategy and their in-game economy**
- Benchmark competitive products / business models / sales methods by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market potential, pricing, and communication strategy
- Help the teams design the most consumer-centric and profitable offering across the Bandai Namco portfolio (Elden Ring, Dragon Ball, Naruto, Ace Combat.) and across all platforms (PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo, Steam )
- Advice to productions on their global post-launch revenue strategy (DLC, in-game store, monetization features ) based off industrial best practices
**Reporting**
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports
- Conduct ROI analysis on the actions your performed to identify Monetization best practices. A/B test, innovate and help us shape the plans of tomorrow
**Profil**:
We are offering a **final-year internship**. An experience in the video games / entertainment industry is a welcome plus but is not mandatory.

**Additional information**
Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)
Contract: full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)
Start date: February 2025
Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from €1.000 up to €1,200 per month)
