We are a leading company with a strong presence in Western Europe, encompassing locations in France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive HR professional to lead our HR team in France and play a pivotal role in supporting Commercial Heads across France, Iberia, and Belgium.
**Your tasks**:
- HR responsible for the Cluster Western Europe with locations in France (Chambly & Villedieu), Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
- Supports Cluster Head, HR Director EMEA, Global Head HR Operations and Cluster Team in all HR related matters
- Ensure execution at cluster level of divisional/group wide HR initiatives,
- Leads talent management and succession planning for cluster
- Co-leads recruitment of managerial and key specialist function (GG12 and above) and oversee local recruitment
- Lead and execute all the HR actions/initiatives to develop the organization in line with the business requirement
- Leads compensation and performance management process in Cluster
- Drives employee engagement across all cluster countries
- Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of HR on Country level
**Requirements**:
- Broad experience across major areas of expertise in HR; international work experience
- Degree level qualification in HR, Business Administration, Behavioural Science or Management. Post Graduate Qualification in HR desirable.
- Fluent in English - ability to speak one of the other cluster languages desirable
