**Main responsabilities ?**:
Based at our offices in Rennes, you will work as **Project Manager**.

The Project Manager at **SpikeeLabs** is assigned with responsibilities that require a high degree of versatility. Indeed, 4 types of skillsets are expected of you at this level:
**managerial, methodological, functional and technical.**

Your main duties will be:

- to capture, analyze and understand the needs of the customer with regard to their sector: finance, commerce, marketing, customer service,etc..;
- to propose a functional and technical solution adapted to needs;
- to build the project plan (team, planning, risk identification, etc.);
- to pilot, monitor and coordinate the project team (set up management tools, indicators, monitor progress, chair project committees, reporting, etc.);
- to participate in ongoing developments within your assigned team.

These activities are, for the moste part, framed within an Agile context using a DevOps approach.

**And You ?**:
You are an accomplished Lead Tech with the desire to work with the customer in addition to your team of devs. You like to keep learning, upskill and progress because it’s all about getting a handle on new technologies
You know how to be constructive and proactive in teamwork.

You are at ease with several technologies and the following language:

- Front : HTML5/CSS3
- and one of the following JS technologies : Angular/React/Vue.js

And also in one of the following languages:

- Java, Python ou PHP ;
- Message Broker : Apache ActiveMQ/Apache Kafka ;
- Web Services : REST, SOAP, Swagger/OpenAPI 3.0, WSDL/XSD ;
- Databases : MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Cassandra ;
- DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare, GitLabs CI/CD ou Jenkins Pipeline.
