Location: Issy les Moulineaux, France (Nestlé Purina COE)

Automation/Industrial IT Engineer or equivalent in technical and/or scientific discipline

Min. 4-5 years in the corresponding technical field, preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry

You will join a fast-growing business and work on many new production line/sites.

**Position Summary**:
In our central corporate office you will join an international team of experts, supporting all Nestlé Purina factory in Europe. You will be responsible to lead all discussions with our project team and suppliers regarding Digital Manufacturing Operation (DMO) implementation. You will follow all projects steps following the Nestlé gates principles from basic design to validation, including URS creation, Factory acceptance test and commissioning support.

You will ensure prioritization of new MES/DMO functionnalities, with improved focus using the right technologies to deliver best in class solution to increase productivity, safety and quality of our production platform.

To keep all our NPPE sites aligned and standardize you will maintain the digital community (networking) in all our factories.

**A day in the life of a**:

- Support our Capital project in Europe (new production line, new factories)
- Responsible to set DMO specifications, URS, FDS, Commissioning & validation protocols, and other technical documents related to capital project expenditure and/or I&R minimizing TDC costs.
- Participate to FAT & SAT to review DMO, automation integration and IT specification, execute protocol and track deviations.
- Support factory Master plans and other technical studies across EMENA, covering new production lines, future production capacities, layouts and estimating the capital investments required for your area of responsibilities (DMO, MES)
- Lead digital initiative: Develop digital pilot following Nestlé standard, evaluate benefit, and based on ROI, perform roll out to our sites and new CAPEX projects.
- Develop knowledge on current technologies by joining internal and external event or knowledge sharing activities to continually identify opportunities of improvement on productivity, safety and ergonomic leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Provide expertise, challenge and support implementation of automation/digitization projects to achieve expected savings.
- Ensure exchanges between sites for best practice sharing and solutions scalability.
- Contribute to global initiative on knowledge sharing, benchmark and capabilities building
- Contribute to the definition of the factory of the future in providing key insights on technologies and OT to be deployed.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), with the ability to effectively work with cross functional and multi-cultural teams
- Experience in implementing DMO (or MES), and knowledge in project management.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to handle complex assignments with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 25% of your time; Monday to Friday max)
- Passion to learn new solutions
- Collaborative team-player with positive attitude and a strong work-ethic
