L’activité avionique fournit divers systèmes de bord pour l’aviation : avionique de vol, production et conversion d’électricité, multimédia de cabine et connectivité. Son offre couvre également des solutions d’entraînement et de simulation pour les forces terrestres, aériennes et interarmées, ainsi que des systèmes d’imagerie à rayons X et des amplificateurs de puissance radiofréquences et hyperfréquences.

Le site de Cergy (400 personnes) fournit des services de formation et produit des systèmes de formation et d’entraînement, civils et militaires : simulateurs de pilotage et de missions pour avions, hélicoptères, véhicules, armements terrestres et énergie, pour la France et l’international.

**QUI ETES VOUS ?**

La Direction Juridique de Thales AVS France SAS recherche un Trade Compliance Manager (TCM), basé sur le site de Cergy et qui aura pour responsabilité d'assurer la conformité des activités du site à l'ensemble des réglementations relatives au contrôle des exportations et aux mesures restrictives en vigueur. Pour réaliser sa mission, il s'appuie sur le réseau des correspondants déployé sur le site et dans la société.

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Trade Compliance Officer de Thales AVS France, en tant que Trade Compliance Manager, il vous sera confié les missions suivantes:

- assurer la conformité des activités de son périmètre à l'ensemble des réglementations relatives au contrôle des exportations applicables et aux mesures restrictives en vigueur.
- soutenir l’ensemble des fonctions impactées par le contrôle des exportations du périmètre, de la conception des produits jusqu'à leur expédition, mais également les processus d'offres et les activités techniques, en apportant une analyse des contraintes applicables, en alertant le cas échéant sur les risques et en proposant des solutions conformes aux réglementations en vigueur.
- analyser le statut des parties prenantes impliquées dans les opérations au regard des sanctions en vigueur, préparer et valider toutes les demandes de licences nécessaires pour assurer la continuité des opérations sur le périmètre concerné.
- contribuer en coordination avec le "TCO" de Thales "AVS" France aux bonnes relations de la société avec les différentes administrations nationales et étrangères compétentes (DGA, SBDU, ANSSI, OFAC, BIS, DDTC etc.);
- planifier et réaliser toutes les actions de formation et de sensibilisation des personnels de l'entreprise sur son périmètre
- valider tous les documents relatifs aux contrôle des exportations avant leur signature par les personnes autorisées.
- assurer le classement et l’archivage des documents sur son périmètre conformément aux réglementations en vigueur,
- consolider les comptes rendus relatifs au contrôle des exportations destinés aux autorités ou aux clients externes.
- participer aux audits internes et externes et s'assure de l’avancement des actions qui en découlent.

Vous pourrez également être mené à effectuer des déplacements au sein des divers sites du périmètre et à contribuer à certains projets / sujets transverses.

Pour assurer ces missions, vous aurez l’opportunité de collaborer avec un

réseau de correspondants sur sites distants.

Autre prérequis : anglais lu, parlé, écrit.

Le poste pouvant nécessiter d'accéder à des informations relevant du secret de la défense nationale, la personne retenue fera l'objet d'une procédure d’habilitation, conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2311-1 et suivants du Code de la défense et de l’IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE du 09 août 2021.
