**Description du poste**
Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre Client Industriel Pharmaceutique basé en région Lyonnaise, et afin de renforcer l’équipe Client Project Manager déjà en place, un/e Client Project Manager Sénior F/H. Dans un contexte de transition entre un mode de fonctionnement projet et un mode de routine, les principales activités à conduire sont en lien avec la qualification / validation des équipements, le transfert d’activité intersites ainsi que le soutien à l’implémentation des systèmes de management du site (qualité, HSE, biosafety, formation etc.).

**Pour ce faire, vos missions s’articulent autour des trois axes suivants**:
**1. Activités de qualification de performance/validation : (sujet prioritaire)**
- Coconstruire** **la stratégie de QP avec le manager QA Q&V et autres parties prenantes ;
- Assurer la traduction de la stratégie dans le planning avec le support du PMO CPM ;
- Définir et piloter l’ensemble des prérequis nécessaire à l’obtention du passage en QP (ensemble des systèmes) ;
- Assurer l’interface avec les utilisateurs finaux ;
- Organiser l’activité en affectant les sujets en utilisant les capacités de l’équipe (3 à 4 CPM opérationnels) et assurer un management transverse/opérationnel des sujets pour soutenir l’atteinte des résultats (phase préparatoire jusqu’à archivage du rapports) ;
- Engager et fédérer les équipes dans un contexte exigeant et sous pression planning.

**2. Activité de transfert de procédés**:
Dans ce cadre, vous soutenez le CPM Leader sur:

- L’analyse des gaps techniques entre les deux sites ;
- Le pilotage et la résolution de sujets techniques (orientation produit) ;
- Le transfert de matériels biologiques et autres matières premières entre les sites (dans le respect des réglementations en vigueur) ;
- La rédaction des rapports mensuels d’activité et autres outils permettant un reporting structuré à différents niveaux de l’entreprise ;
- Dans l’interface avec le site donneur (UK - anglais nécessaire).

**3. Activité en lien avec le projet Evolution**:
Dans l’objectif constant de représenter l’utilisateur final au sein du projet, vos missions s’articulent autour des éléments suivants:

- Analyser et critiquer les documents générés (par Ingénierie, AQ) tels que PID, plans implantations, analyses fonctionnelles, analyses de risques, spécifications ;
- Représenter l’utilisateur final au sein des différentes réunions et instances du projet ;
- Assurer une communication permanente avec les utilisateurs et agir en véritable trait d’union entre le projet et l’organisation locale du site ;
- Participer aux réceptions en usine et sur site, à la supervision de l’installation des équipements sous la responsabilité de l‘ingénierie ;
- Soutenir les dynamiques d’approbation des rapports avec l’AQ Ingénierie ;
- Être le Représentant et référent de la préparation à l’exécution des qualifications/validations sur un nombre d’équipements/systèmes définis.

Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible.
**Qualifications**
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de 10 à 15 ans dans un environnement pharmaceutique, et plus particulièrement d’expériences en qualification / validation d’équipements.
- Vous avez des connaissances en matière de traçabilité et de respect des BPF.
- Idéalement, vous disposez également de connaissances sur les systèmes : traitement d’air, salle blanche, production et distribution d’utilités grises et propres, équipements process, biotech,), ainsi que sur les équipements satellites aux zones de production.
- Bon communicant, vous disposez d’une belle capacité de leadership où vous témoignerez à la fois d’un fort sens de l’écoute, d’autonomie, de rigueur et d’une excellente capacité d’organisation pour mener à bien les différents projets.
- Vous avez, en outre, un très bon niveau d’Anglais écrit comme oral.
