**Director Project Management Own Brands EMEA**
Based in Paris or Vienna and Reporting to the VP Operations EMEA, the Director of Project Management Own Brands EMEA will be responsible for the following main areas:
- Manage full product development for own brand projects in EMEA
- Ensure the technical development of new products of MAESA EMEA's own brands
- Ensure the management of projects in order to respect the triptych cost/quality/deadline validated at project start-up
- Report deviations and coordinate action plans in case of drift
- Manage one or more project managers
- Be the technical packaging referent within MAESA EMEA's own brands
- Ensure the continuation and transfer of IPXL management to the Sourcing & Development teams in Vienna
**Skills**:
- Expert Project Manager in a Manufacturing Environment dealing with TPM & TPL
- Exceptional interpersonal skils and team worker
- Leadership of remote & indirect teams
- Experience in Cosmetics business
- Attention to detail
- Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to advance the project as planned
- Accountable, determined, focus, resilient
- Ability to handle stress Ability to operate under deadlines while still meetings standards
- Negotiation skills in dealing with our customers
- MS Office Suite
Education
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of experience
- Experience in Project management in a customer-oriented environment, ideally in the field of cosmetics
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role required
- Fluently in English and French, German and other languages are an advantage
- Key role in the Operations organization with international scope that offers the opportunity to change and improve things as well as learning of a very complex business model. Leads a team of 1 shared Project manager, but needs to influence many other people in different functions and geographies
