Role Overview:

In this pivotal position, you will define the strategic direction for UGG's influencer and talent management across the EMEA region. Collaborating closely with the EMEA Head of PR, you will lead the Talent Management team and oversee the execution of strategies within key markets. Your role will involve close collaboration with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with regional business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the strategic framework for UGG's influencer and talent management initiatives in EMEA, ensuring alignment with both global and regional objectives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships within the talent community to enhance UGG's talent database.
  • Drive the implementation of multi-channel marketing activations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of UGG's creative landscape.
  • Stay informed about emerging platforms and trends to keep the team ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to seamlessly integrate talent campaigns into UGG's overall marketing strategy.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across global, regional, and local marketing teams, as well as with cross-functional business leaders.
  • Provide support and mentorship to the EMEA talent relations coordinator.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in talent relations, influencer marketing, PR, or community-focused brand-building roles.
  • Background in the fashion, lifestyle, or footwear industry is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns and develop long-term strategic visions.
  • Demonstrated success in executing impactful multi-channel activations with EMEA talents.
  • Experience in strategy development and implementation at the regional level.
  • Familiarity with budget management.
  • Experience in agency selection and management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
