Your Mission

As a Technical Service Manager, you will be overall responsible for the availability and save operation of our EV charge point network in France - from commissioning to end of life.

Your mission will include ensuring
- sufficient capacities at Technical Service Providers
- fulfilment of service levels by Technical Service Providers
- sufficient training and accreditation of in-field technicians
- compliance with maintenance schedules
- zero health and safety incidents
- to drive cost efficient charge point operation

You will build and maintain close relationships with sub-contractors, internally with ubitricity support functions in Berlin and public authorities. We are therefore looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be part of a French team focused on developing ubitricity charging infrastructure offer across the French market. We are looking for highly motivated and flexible individuals who can drive and develop the French market in line with the company's goals and ambitions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for the availability of ubitricity EV charging network across France, owning the network in terms of reliable and save operations
- Select and onboard Technical Service Providers to ensure sufficient capacities to cover maintenance demand
- Manage Technical Service Providers to enforce Service Level fulfilment
- Coordinate work order with TSPs, ensuring data accuracy by pushing TSPs for up-to-date reports as well as stock levels
- Drive down cost per charge point, ensuring strong operational excellence as well as safe and cost-effective network operation
- Perform feedback loops with the TSPs to identify improvements for ubitricity’s products and services. Implement improvements developed at ubi at the TSPs, driving efficiency, quality, and safety of processes.
- Ensure local accreditation process of in-field technicians as well as compliance with ubitricity’s standards, targeting zero incidents regarding Health, Safety, Security and Environment
- Take responsibility to ensure the TSPs manage spare parts; manage device returns and warranty claims

**Profile**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in managing technical subcontractors, ideally in a similar position
- A degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in working on hardware-related infrastructure and maintenance-oriented topics is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write in English and French fluently is a pre-requisite
- Organized and structured approach.
- Specific EV Charging knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Reliable
- Strong team player
- Flexible, resilient and ‘can do attitude’ - willing to step in to support in different area
