- La division des Microcontrôleurs (GPM) est la plus grande division de ST Microelectronics et le leader mondial sur le marché des microcontrôleurs grâce à notre gamme STM32. GPM ne cesse d’affirmer son ambition sur ce marché et se développe rapidement sur la Connectivité, l’intelligence artificielle, la sécurité, le graphique, le contrôle moteur et les MPU. Cette division continue à innover et à apporter les solutions de demain. Vous êtes motivé(e), passionné(e), venez rejoindre nos équipes d'ingénieur(e)s à la pointe de leurs domaines.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un manager dans notre équipe product engineering basée à Rousset.
Les missions principales du poste seront:
- La responsabilité du laboratoire de test des essais de fiabilités et des échantillons clients, avec la gestion, la formation et le maintient des équipements de test.
- L’encadrement d’une équipe d’une dizaine de techniciens et opérateurs, répartie sur différents postes horaires en journée, nuit et week-end.
- Le suivi des activités de test des plaquettes de silicium, des échantillons pour les clients internes ou externes, avec le support du manager de l’équipe EWS.
- Le suivi et l’analyse des essais pour la fiabilité de nos produits, avec le support d’une assistante engineering.
**Profile**:
- Être diplômé / diplômée d’une école d’ingénieur.
- Pouvoir justifier d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans.
- Avoir acquis des compétences en électronique, électricité et mécanique.
- Avoir déjà occupé un poste en tant que responsable d’équipe.
- Être flexible et être capable de gérer l’activité d’une équipe d’une dizaine de collaborateurs travaillant sur des horaires de journée, nuit et week-end.
- Avoir la maitrise de l’anglais.
- Aimer travailler en équipe, avoir le sens de la communication et faire preuve de curiosité.
- Son leadership, son pragmatisme, sa rigueur mais aussi sa capacité d’analyse pour résoudre les problèmes sont des atouts indispensables pour ce poste
