The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Business Development Manager for 3M Advanced Materials Division - Sand Control - 3M Ceramic Sand Screens within EMEA, with focus on Europe and Africa, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Manage Ceramic Sand Screen (CSS) accounts Europe and Africa (and ad hoc EMEA as required) for assigned Operator and Service Company clients_
- _ Interface with Marketing Organisation to nurture leads and collaborate on marketing operations_
- _ Be a member of the EMEA CSS Value Creation Team to drive CSS growth and market technology acceptance_
- _ Support growth strategy and tactics formulation and tasks_
- _ Provide Oil & Gas Completion situational awareness to R&D and Application Engineering_
Your Skills and Expertise
- First experience working for an Energy Operator in lower/sand control completion design. E.g. lower completions engineer
- Proven capability to network with Operators and Service Companies.
- Preferably having completed graduate or technician training programme
- Fluent in English language both verbal and written
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), leadership abilities and desire to collaborate across the function and organization
- Proven ability to use analytics and influencing skills to drive results
- Exhibited sense of urgency to drive effective change and manage performance
Job localization: within EMEA
Travel: May include up to 10-25% ad hoc short business trips domestically and internationally
Work type: hybrid
