Notre client, fournisseur mondial de solutions d'emballage durable et de services d'optimisation logistique, intervient pour des entreprises à dimension internationale issues de divers secteurs d’activités. En pleine croissance, il souhaite agrandir ses effectifs, et nous l’accompagnons dans le recrutement de son futur Business Developer H/F pour le Marché de l'Automobile.

En qualité de Business Développeur, vous avez la responsabilité de développer le chiffre d’affaires sur le segment et notamment de trouver et développer des clients à fort potentiel de chiffre d’affaires.

Vos missions principales:

- Mettre en œuvre et animer la stratégie commerciale sur le segment
- Développer les comptes cibles
- Assurer la veille et répondre aux appels d’offres
- S’appuyer sur nos ressources techniques et commerciales en fonction de la complexité des dossiers
- Assurer la planification, le suivi, l’avancement et le reporting des projets
- Gère les ressources et moyens de l'entreprise mis à sa disposition afin de réduire l'impact économique et environnemental de ses activités
- Prendre en compte et transmettre les valeurs de l’entreprise et du groupe en qualité, environnement, sécurité

Profil recherché
- Vous possédez au minimum 5 années d'expérience commerciale dans le secteur de l’industrie automobile, idéalement en liaison avec les activités emballages et logistique
- Vous êtes curieux, enthousiaste, persévérant et avez la capacité de penser stratégiquement et d’élaborer des structures d’approche de vente complexe
- Vos aptitudes techniques vous permettent de comprendre les contraintes et caractéristiques fonctionnelles de vos clients
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais professionnel dans vos interactions en interne avec l'équipe du groupe dédiée au secteur.
- Sur ce poste, une forte dynamique commerciale, un excellent relationnel et une capacité à travailler en liaison avec les équipes support sont attendus.
