We are looking for an

***OEM Team Manager (Automotive OEMs)**

to support our team from Home Office based in Central France area

**Responsibilities**:
The purpose of this position is to manage a team of Field Development Engineers dealing with OEMs from the Automotive segment on regional level and ensure team success and smooth cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, maintain good relationship and generate new business opportunities with those. On a daily basis main role activities would be:

- Leading, managing and developing team of Field Development Engineers for European OEMs not headquartered in Germany
- Identify trends and developments (management level), support development of value proposition
- Define and execute the OEM strategies
- Understand and use decision making process of OEM and involved companies to specify Celanese materials
- Build, cultivate and use broad global personal network (different OEM departments such as Material, F&E, Project, Design,) incl. COMs and promotion
- Regional and global coordination, alignment and regular pro-active exchange with Celanese Auto team (incl. ACM, T&I) i.e.


Qualifications:

- Master in Plastics Engineering or similar
- 10+ years experience in Automotive business
- Working experience with Automotive OEMs with personal contact network at Automotive OEMs and part suppliers on management level
- Business Fluency in German and English
- Strategic, forward looking mindset and pro-active coordination (share, involve & pull-in)
- Clear communication, acting as Celanese’s OEM „ambassador“
- Ability to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and empowerment
- Motivating, coaching and developing the team to achieve business targets (Setting KPIs and track performance)
- Strong in taking initiative and manages execution
- Outstanding organization, time-management and decision-making skills
- Confident and convincing appearance
- Comfortable in global matrix organization
- Automotive customer project management
