Head of Sales

**1. Main Purpose**

Achieve profitable growth and hit sales targets.

**2. Main Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the setting and meeting of BU Business Plan objectives for Sales.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting/budgeting.
- Expand the company’s customer base with specific focus on new logo acquisition, new and unknown divisions, or departments.
- Master our client’s service and solutions portfolio, support team on business case and positioning of complex combinations of services and technologies.
- Monitor customers, market and competitor activity and identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Work closely with Marketing and BU Management to successfully act on the market and enhance USPs.
- Define and assign sales training enabling staff to enhance their potential and support company sales objectives.
- Ensure sales process compliancy and eCRM data quality within the team.

**3. Requirements**

3.1. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics, Financial or Marketing

3.2. Professional Experience
- >10 years of proven experience in new logo acquisition, business development, and reaching sales quota.

English and French professional level required

**Salary**: 75,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year

**Experience**:

- sales: 5 years (required)
- sales of manufacturing services: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and French (required)
